Component source layout
Each component folder contains:
index.html: one or more named HTML templates. Root pages load them withindex.html#fragment.style/index.css: the component styles.component.js: the local-file compatible registry generated fromindex.html.img/: only the image assets referenced by that component.
shared/ contains global tokens, base styles, the component loader, and shared glyph samples.
The complete pre-organization snapshot is stored under ../old/.
After editing a component index.html, run python src-web/sync-components.py from the project root.
